NINJA CLASSES
Ninja Fitness is one of our most exhilarating classes! It presents a fun, innovative way to enhance agility, strength, and endurance. Legacy Training Center proudly stands as the sole Ninja obstacle training center on the Central Coast of California!
Our obstacles are secured to a robust aluminum truss system, reminiscent of those featured on the widely acclaimed TV show. Participants will tackle challenges such as the rings, trapeze to trapeze, warped wall and much more! Additionally, our Ninja classes will integrate trampoline skills alongside various floor obstacles. We provide training sessions designed for all skill levels, accommodating ages 5 and up.
NINJA WARRIOR-BEGINNER
55 minute class
Ages 5+ years
This class emphasizes fundamental techniques and skill enhancement—such as running, jumping, balance, grip strength, and core strength—to successfully navigate all the obstacles in the course. Participants will have fun with obstacle courses, gymnastics, and trampolines. Each class lasts 55 minutes and is held once a week. Athletes have the option to enroll in multiple classes per week at a discounted price.
NINJA WARRIOR-INTERMEDIATE
85 minute class
Ages 5+ years
This class emphasizes the development of intermediate-level techniques and skills in the same areas as the beginner ninja course, including running, jumping, balance, grip strength, and core strength, all essential for overcoming obstacles in the course. Participants will enjoy engaging activities such as obstacle courses, gymnastics, and trampolines. Each class is 85 minutes long and is held once a week. Athletes have the option to enroll in multiple classes per week at a discounted rate.
NINJA WARRIOR-ADVANCED
1hour 55 minute class
Ages Ages 5+ Years
The Advanced Ninja class is ideal for seasoned ninjas seeking to elevate their skills. This program focuses on tackling intricate Ninja Warrior obstacles, including the formidable warped wall. It prioritizes the mastery of advanced techniques and competencies similar to those taught in the beginner ninja course, such as running, jumping, balance, grip strength, and core stability, all crucial for conquering obstacles. Participants will benefit from dynamic activities, gymnastic fundamentals, and trampolines. Each session lasts 1 hour 55 minutes and occurs weekly, with athletes having the opportunity to register for additional classes each week at a discounted rate.
